1955-56 Chevrolet Full-Size SureFit® Reduced Barrier Modified Hose Kit

This Reduced Barrier Modified A/C Hose Kit is engineered for installation with a complete SureFit^® air conditioning system in vehicles featuring modified engine compartments, custom core supports, or other non-stock configurations. Designed to provide maximum installation flexibility, this kit is ideal for custom builds, restomods, and engine-swapped vehicles requiring custom hose routing.

This kit includes longer length reduced barrier refrigerant hoses compared to the standard hose kit which are equipped with a factory-quality, pre-crimped reduced barrier beadlock fitting on the evaporator/condenser end, while the opposite end, connecting to the compressor, is left uncrimped to allow precise trimming, routing, and custom crimping during installation. This design enables a clean, professional fit tailored to your vehicle's unique engine bay layout.

Also included are all required beadlock fittings, O-rings, and necessary mounting hardware to complete the installation. Comprehensive installation instructions and hose crimping guidelines are provided to ensure proper assembly, secure connections, and optimal refrigerant system performance.
